Scope included Design Development thru to IFC Drawings, permits, beachfront seawall, civil & earthworks, site MEP, sitewide utilities, underground vaults, plant & equipment rooms, infinity edge pools, artificial rockwork, cascade & grotto water features, cabanas, entry structures, kiosks, Wi-Fi, Data & POS stations, security camera networks, specimen tree/palm transplantation, hardscape, landscape, site lighting, signage & irrigation, project wide testing/commissioning/handover.
