Scope included Design Development thru to IFC Drawings, civil & earthworks, site MEP, sitewide utilities, underground vaults, plant & equipment rooms, Wi-Fi, Data & POS stations, security camera networks, restrooms/change room structures, streetscapes, event lawns, 12 different pools incl MEP systems & equipment, beach works, artificial rockwork, theming, cascade & waterfalls, kiosks, retail outlets, hardscape, landscape, specimen tree/palm transplantation, site lighting, signage & irrigation, project wide testing/commissioning/handover.
