Celebration Key is Carnival Cruise Line’s private destination on Grand Bahama Island’s south coast. This innovative development redefines cruise port excellence with five interconnected portals, smoothly integrating state-of-the-art leisure facilities with vibrant Bahamian cultural experiences. Featuring the world’s largest freshwater lagoons and the iconic 100-foot Suncastle with integrated waterslides, the project leverages sustainable design and local expertise to drive economic impact, projecting up to 4 million annual visitors by 2028.
A landmark investment, Celebration Key positions Carnival as a leader in experiential travel innovation. 65 acres of development featuring the largest freshwater lagoons in the Caribbean & the world’s largest sandcastle structure, 4 full service restaurants, 12 bars, over 100 cabanas & 30 additional food&drink venues between foodtrucks, snack shacks, and kiosks. BEG is highlighted in this development for the design-build of the world's largest sandcastle structure. The award winner Lagoon pools was a combined effort between several companies including Bahamas Environmental Group as the main
contractor to build and comission both freshwater lagoons.
