This 17-acre tropical oasis on the western edge of the iconic Paradise Island redefines the cruise port-day experience, blending Bahamian culture, vibrant entertainment, and luxurious all-inclusive amenities. This one-of-a-kind development features the world’s largest swim-up bar, The Floating Flamingo, with over 100 in-water seats and nonstop DJ energy. It includes three temperature- controlled pools, multiple waterfront bars, two pristine beaches, and approximately 30 private cabanas. BEG self-performed the complete scope of pools, landscape & hardscape, pool decks, MEP buildings, and full site development on a design-assist basis, delivering a high- quality, resilient complex built for thousands of daily guests.
