BEG was engaged as Design/Build General Contractor. Scope included Design Development thru to IFC Drawings, civil & earthworks, site MEP, utilities, Wi-Fi, Data & POS stations, security camera networks, Starter Hut building, event lawn, 18 Hole Par 72 mini-golf course, sand bunkers, boardwalk and decking, hardscape, landscape, specimen tree/palm transplantation, site lighting, hole markers, signage & irrigation, project wide testing/commissioning/handover.
