BEG was engaged as Design/Build General Contractor. Scope included Design Development thru to IFC Drawings, permits, civil & earthworks, site MEP, sitewide utilities, Wi-Fi, Data & POS stations, security camera networks, restrooms, cabanas, pergolas, Lagoon Pool & Fan pools incl MEP systems & equipment, beach works, timber structures including bridgeworks, kiosks, hardscape, landscape, specimen tree/palm transplantation, site lighting, signage & irrigation, project wide testing/commissioning/handover.
